What we need from you!

• Completed application form
• 2 references (one preferably from a previous landlord)
• Photographic ID
• Deposit
• 1st months rent up front
• Guarantor details

What we do for you

• Your Deposit is held in a tenancy deposit scheme (TDS NI) - ensures your deposit is safe
• A copy of the signed tenancy agreement is provided
• An inventory is provided which is to be signed and dated with any additional problems
• Fix any problems that the landlord is legally required to
• Carry out inspections
• Ensure the property is safe and liveable
