Established in 1890, Fitzpatrick have built their reputation on honesty and integrity. Ciaran Fitzpatrick is the fourth generation of the Fitzpatrick family, and is now supported by a dedicated team offering a complete general practice surveyors and estate agency.

Ciaran Fitzpatrick

Ciaran Fitzpatrick studied at the University of Ulster at Jordanstown gaining a Bsc (Hons) Surveying in 2002. Later qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2006 having gained 4 years of professional experience.

In 2007 he purchased Peter Fitzpatrick & Sons from his father and soon after gained Royal Insititute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) recognition for the business. This allowed the business to act for lending institutions, government bodies and gave the business greater recognition amongst its peers.

Ciaran has compiled around him a formidable team to compete in the new build, resales, rental and professional services sectors. Fitzpatricks now dominate the local property landscape in and around Downpatrick and beyond.

Debbie Briggs

Debbie joined Fitzpatricks in Summer 2021 and brings with her a wealth of experience in the new builds sector having worked as Sales Manager for a North Down developer for over 20 years. Debbie was the main point of contact for customers throughout the new build buying process providing support and guidance with turnkey meetings, alterations as required to their new home, handover talks, liaising with solicitors, estate agents and on site trades, snagging of new homes and providing any after care support as required after completion. At Fitzpatricks, Debbie will continue to concentrate primarily on the expansion of our new build portfolio and will also provide support in the re-sales sector as required.

Jason Curran
(BSc Hons in Marketing)

Jason joined Fitzpatrick's in May 2023 as a Sales Administrator, assuming a pivotal role in managing Social Media and undertaking general administrative tasks.

Jason's professional journey includes an international placement in America as part of his academic pursuits, showcasing his global perspective and learning different cultural experience. Beyond his contributions to the estate agency, Jason harbors a passion for exploring diverse destinations worldwide.

Cathy McNulty
Sales Administrator

Cathy joined Fitzpatrick's in November 2023 as part of the Sales Administration Team. Having owned her own business in the hospitality sector for 14 years, Cathy brings with her a wealth of experience, showcasing exceptional customer service and upselling skills.

Cathy studied business & marketing at the University of Ulster gaining a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies. Her entrepreneurial background enriches our team, ensuring a seamless & client focused experience for all.
